Network

400 advisors. A dedicated team. Real introductions.

When you partner with Persist Accelerator, you are not handed a list of advisors and left to cold-email them. You get dedicated staff, a creative team, a consulting bench, and warm connections to the people who can move the needle — activated when the fit is real, not as a batch perk.

Dedicated staff assigned to your company

Every partner company is assigned a dedicated Persist Ventures team member from day one. They learn your product, your market, and your constraints before they offer an opinion. They attend your strategy sessions, brief the design team on your brand direction, and serve as the connective tissue between every service we run on your behalf.

When you need a senior decision-maker involved — in a partnership call, an investor meeting, or a product crisis — they escalate immediately. You are not managing a freelancer relationship or waiting in a shared inbox.

Creative and design team

Our in-house creative team has built brands for consumer apps, B2B platforms, and venture-backed startups across five continents. They have produced visual identities that raised Series A rounds, social campaigns that grew audiences from zero to fifty thousand, and verified creative assets that became recognizable shorthand for an entire product category.

They are not contractors hired batch-by-batch. They are full-time Persist Ventures staff who know the other companies in the portfolio, understand the aesthetic standards we hold, and can move fast when a launch window opens.

Consulting and strategy bench

Our consulting team brings domain experience across enterprise SaaS, consumer fintech, climate infrastructure, health tech, and marketplace businesses. They have worked inside fast-growing companies and alongside investors who funded them — which means their advice is calibrated to what actually matters at each stage, not what sounds credible in a slide deck.

Partners get access to this bench for weekly strategy sessions, positioning reviews, competitive analysis, and pre-pitch prep. Engagements are scoped to where you are in the company lifecycle — early-stage problem sharpening is different from Series A narrative construction.

Venture capital relationships

Persist Ventures has active relationships with seed, pre-seed, and Series A investors across the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia. These are people who have invested in our founders before — not cold names in a CRM. When we make an introduction, it carries weight because we only make it when the fit is genuine.

We begin building your fundraising readiness in the first weeks of partnership: narrative clarity, data room structure, investor targeting, and mock Q&A with operators who have sat across the table from the same VCs you will be meeting. By the time introductions happen, you are ready.

Alumni and peer cohort

The Persist Accelerator alumni network is built on honest peer relationships — founders who navigated the same pressures and stayed connected because the conversations were worth having. Alumni plug back into the ecosystem through office hours, hiring referrals, and informal advisory threads that are more useful than any formal mentorship program.

Your batchmates are your first peer benchmarks. The shared constraints of an early-stage company — limited runway, open product questions, uncertain distribution — produce honest feedback and collaborations that extend well past the formal program window.

400-person advisor network

Persist Ventures has built a 400-person advisor and operator network over years of working with early-stage companies across the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia. This is not a LinkedIn export. These are operators, investors, and domain experts who have agreed to engage with Persist portfolio companies because they trust the quality of the companies we back.

Advisors span enterprise SaaS, consumer fintech, climate infrastructure, creator economy, health technology, AI, and marketplace businesses. When we need a specific domain perspective for a partner company, we have someone in the network who has operated in that exact space — not a generalist who has read about it.

Access to the network is not a perk you unlock at a milestone. It is active from the first week of partnership, calibrated to what the company actually needs at its current stage.

Async-friendly by design

The Persist Accelerator program is designed to run alongside work, college, or other commitments. No relocation required. No fixed office hours. No attendance mandates. Progress-based, not presence-based.

This means the network operates asynchronously too. Introductions happen through structured context-sharing, not cold handshakes at in-person events. Advisors receive a brief on the company and the specific question before any engagement — which makes every interaction more useful for both sides.
