  No fees. You never pay to be in the program. Our only compensation is the 7% equity stake that applies when you reach launch-readiness.

  Async-friendly. The program is designed to run alongside work, college, or other commitments. No relocation. No fixed office hours. Progress-based, not presence-based.

Persist Ventures is a venture studio and agency operating at the intersection of brand, strategy, and capital. We have spent years building the infrastructure that early-stage founders need but rarely have access to: experienced creative staff, domain-specific consultants, operator relationships, and a 400-person advisor network calibrated to what actually matters at each stage.

Persist Accelerator is how we deploy that infrastructure for the most promising founders we meet — structured as a quarterly batch program with full-service support, not a passive mentorship network.

Every partner company gets a dedicated Persist Ventures team member as their primary point of contact from day one. That person coordinates across our design, consulting, and network functions so the founder is not managing multiple relationships or falling through the gaps between departments.

We are direct about fit. If we do not think partnership will produce a meaningful outcome at a company's current stage, we say so and explain why. We would rather decline and revisit in six months than take on a partner we cannot serve well.
